What expenses will Utica National Insurance cover?
Airfare for you and one guest, one hotel room for four nights, round-trip ground transportation between the airport and resort on group arrival/departure dates, housekeeping and bellman gratuities, and any hosted events and activities.
What is not included with the 2023 Utica National Key Club?
The 2023 Utica National Key Club is a very inclusive program. Some things that will be at your expense include: food and beverages outside the planned functions, additional activities, additional spa treatments, hotel laundry, concessions at the resort, and pay-per-view movies.
May I attend only part of the conference?
Your conference invitation assumes you will attend the entire conference. If for some reason you are unable to attend the entire conference, you must contact your Utica National representative.
Are spouses/guests allowed to attend the trip?
Yes, a spouse/guest 21 years of age and older is allowed to attend.
Will air transportation be provided?
Yes, air transportation will be provided for you and your spouse/guest to and from the Montage Palmetto Bluff. Once you have registered, a representative from Uniglobe Travel will reach out to you via email.
What if I'd like to deviate from the group flight arrangements?
If you would like to deviate from the group flight arrangements, you may request so during conference registration. This would include traveling before or after the group dates, purchased upgrades, and any other changes to the 2023 Utica National Key Club. All travel costs that are not within the Utica National group trip and air credits are the responsibility of the individual.
Can I pre or post extend my stay for this year's Key Club?
You may post extend your stay beyond the group departure date, however pre extending before group arrival dates will not be permitted this year.
Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?
Yes, transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided for you and your spouse/guest upon arrival. Transportation from the hotel to the airport will be provided for you and your spouse/guest on Friday, May 26, 2023.
Ground transportation will not be provided if you are traveling outside of group dates.
Will I be required to present a credit card at hotel check-in?
Yes, you will be required to present a credit card at hotel check-in for any incidentals not covered by Utica National.
Are there hosted activities for spouses/guests included in the trip?
Yes, hosted activities for spouses/guests are included in the trip. Any additional activities are the responsibility of the attendees.
What meals are included with the trip?
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon hospitality, dinners, and evening hospitality are included.
Am I required to attend any meetings or sessions?
Yes, you are required to attend any scheduled business meetings.
Is my spouse/guest required to attend any meeting or session?
No, spouses/guests are not required to attend the business meetings.
What should I do if there is a medical issue during the trip?
