What is included in the FCCI 2023 Deluxe Conference?
Airfare for you and one guest, one hotel room for four nights at the Boston Harbor Hotel, round trip ground transportation between the airport and resort, and any hosted dinners, events and activities.
What is not included with the 2023 Deluxe Conference?
The FCCI Insurance Group 2023 Deluxe Conference is a very inclusive program, but some things that would be at your expense include: food and beverages outside the planned functions, additional activities, additional spa treatments, hotel/spa gift shop, concessions at the resort, and pay-per-view movies.
May I attend only part of the conference?
Your conference invitation assumes you will attend the entire conference. If for some reason you are unable to attend the entire conference, you must contact your FCCI representative.
Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?
Yes, transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided for you and your spouse/guest on June 6, 2023. Transportation from the hotel to the airport will be provided for you and your spouse/guest on June 12, 2023. If traveling on dates other than these, fees for ground transportation will be the responsibility of the individual.

Is the water safe to drink at the Four Seasons Serengeti?
The Four Seasons has a “stage 3” water filtration system that uses UV light at the end of filtration. They have their own water plant on property. Water is tested by the Tanzanian government each month and their marks are excellent.
The Four Seasons does provide bottled water should you want it. However, they make every effort to reduce plastic and, hence, provide fresh, filtered water to all guestrooms and food and beverage outlets.
What is the time zone in Serengeti National Park?
The Serengeti National Park is in Eastern Africa Time Zone (EAT), 8 hours ahead of Eastern Time (ET) in the States.
What should I do if there is a medical issue during the trip?
Four Seasons Serengeti has a small medical clinic (Urgent Care) on property available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The clinic is staffed by an MD from Resort Doctors of Germany.

Should I travel if I test positive for COVID-19?
No.
Are masks required in Africa?
No.
Are shots required to enter Tanzania?
Travelers are advised to take medical advice at least three months before leaving for Tanzania for suggested/required shots to enter Tanzania. Please contact a Travel Health Clinic or your physician.
What are they required travel documents for Tanzania? ?
1. Valid Passport – Your passport must not expire within 6 months of your departure date from Tanzania.
2. A Travel Visa is required to enter Tanzania. Czerlonka Productions will apply for the Visa for you and your guest. The cost of the Travel Visa is $100. A credit card will be required during registration to cover these charges.
3. Covid vaccination card if fully vaccinated.
Will I be able to use my cell phone in Tanzania?
We suggest checking with your cell phone service provider before the trip to check on your international coverage plan.
If you do not have cellular coverage in Tanzania, we recommend downloading an app that works over WiFi (such as WhatsApp) to message and make phone calls anytime you are connected to a WiFi network.
What type of currency do they use in Tanzania?
Tanzania's currency is the Tanzanian Shilling (TZS). About 2330 TZS is the equivalent of $1 USD.
The hotel and restaurants will also accept major credit cards such as VISA and Mastercard.
Will I be required to present a credit card at hotel check-in?
Yes, you will be required to present a credit card at hotel check-in for any incidentals not covered by FCCI.
Are there hosted activities for spouses/guests included in the trip?
Yes, one hosted activity per day for you and your spouse/guest is included in the conference. Any additional activities are the responsibility of the attendees.
What meals are included with the trip?
Breakfast, lunch, and hosted dinners are included.

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi at the hotel?Free wireless internet is included in all guest rooms at the Four Seasons Serengeti.
Am I required to attend any meetings/sessions?
Yes, you are required to attend any scheduled business meetings.
Is my spouse/guest required to attend any meeting/session?
No, spouses/guests are not required to attend the business meetings.
