What is included in the 2023 Appian Way Group Trip?
Airfare for you and one guest, one hotel room at The Lodge at Blue Sky, round trip ground transportation between the airport and lodge, hosted dinners, and group activities.
What is not included with the 2023 Appian Way Group Trip?
Optional items that would be at your expense include hotel laundry, pay-per-view movies, and individual activities.
Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?
Yes, transportation between the airport and the hotel will be provided for you and your guest on the date of your scheduled arrival and departure.
Will airline baggage fees be reimbursed?
Yes, travelers will be reimbursed for luggage fees.
Will I be required to present a credit card at hotel check-in?
Yes, you will need to present a credit card at check-in to cover any additional charges for items such as shopping, laundry, or pay-per-view movies.
Are there hosted activities included in the trip?
Yes, daily activities for you and your guest are included in the trip.
What meals are included with the trip?
The welcome dinner on June 26th, happy hour on June 27th and the farewell dinner on June 28th. In addition, each attendee will receive a $150 food and beverage credit to their guest room. The credit may be used at the resort for breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner. Sign charges to your guest room and up to $150 per attendee will be moved to the master account. Any charges over this will be the responsibility of the attendee.
Is there complimentary Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes, there is free wireless internet in all guest rooms and public spaces at the hotel.
What is the suggested attire?
Appropriate resort attire is recommended for on-site dining.
For recreation and free time, casual or sports attire and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
What is the weather like in Utah in June?

Utah is on Mountain Standard Time, 2 hours behind Boston.
What should I do if there is a medical issue during the trip?
